Site Policies

SOS CANADA has created an online software program to help the general public navigate and complete all required forms to successfully obtain a National Parole Board Canadian Pardon. SOS CANADA does not provide Legal Advice. Should you require legal assistance please contact a Lawyer.

SOS CANADA reserves the right to refuse or deny anyone access to the Webpardons 2.0 program.

SOS CANADA understands the frustration and stigma associated with having a criminal record. SOS CANADA will not tolerate inappropriate behavior, language or emails. If such inappropriate behavior, language or emails are demonstrated by a client/user, SOS CANADA reserves the right to suspend, discontinue or deny access to the Webpardons 2.0 website, and any fees paid will not be refunded.

SOS CANADA continually monitors and tracks any changes in the National Parole Board process. The National Parole Board procedure is subject to change. If such change were to occur, SOS CANADA would make every effort to update the Webpardons 2.0 software as changes become known to us. Any updates to the Webpardons 2.0 site may cause temporary delays in processing while the update is taking place. If you are experiencing any technical difficulties with the Webpardons 2.0 software, please contact us to assist in clarifying the issue.

SOS CANADA works tirelessly to guarantee an expedited pardon at no extra cost. Due to the involvement of third party agencies (Police agencies/courts) we cannot provide a fixed timeline for your Pardon results. Results from the National Pardon Board may vary.

Any changes in fees or procedure will be posted on this website.

Anyone using the Webpardons 2.0 application is subject to a re-activation fee of $50 if there account remains dormant in excess of 90 days. This does NOT include any delays caused by the National Parole Board process itself.

SOS CANADA offers a variety of payment options to assist clients in obtaining a National Parole Board Pardon. When you, the client, have satisfied a minimum payment of $200 CDN towards the final cost of a completed pardon application using Webpardons 2.0, that $200 payment will then be used to upgrade your online user profile, at which time the Webpardons 2.0 program will notify you and will begin to petition your case to the National Parole Board. The $200 activation payment used to automatically upgrade your account and petition the National Parole Board is non-refundable.

If you have chosen a payment plan through the SOS CANADA website, monthly payments will be charged to your account automatically.

Refunds are only available to clients who have paid the $200 activation payment. The refunded amount will be any amounts paid by the client AFTER the $200 non-refundable activation payment and only available within 3 days of opening an account with SOS CANADA. Any payments up to the $200 activation payment are non-refundable.

The onus is on the client to provide accurate information throughout the entire Webpardons 2.0 process. Any delays or errors caused by the client providing incorrect information is the responsibility of the client.

By completing an on-line application you authorize SOS CANADA to start working on your behalf. All fees for our services become due immediately unless you have chosen a payment plan option. All payment options are listed on the SOS CANADA website.
